Tommy Chambers brought the meeting to order

Joe Adams presented the Treasurer report

$13,184 Balance in  the bank. A breakdown of games income and expenses were not available.

Payments for some advertising and some athletic equipment is yet to be paid.

Printed minutes from previous meeting were distributed so reading of the minutes was dispensed.

Tommy Chambers presented the Games Chief report

Tommy said that all members should give themselves a pat on the back for a job well done.

He said that Knights of Valour said that the Mobile event was dead and the sheep dog demo person complained that the confederate re-enactors firing guns interfered with the demo.

He introduced
Guests Adam & Rachael Spradling and New Members David & Amy Stewart.

Elections:

President – Tommy Campbell was elected

President-elect – Joe Adams was elected

Games Chief-elect – no nominations

Board Member 2010-2012 – Jayson Tisdale was elected

The meeting was adjourned.
